the environment, troubleshoot issues and prepare for upgrades
and improvements.
- Part Time/Level of Effort Support. For smaller
deployments, Trinity Software can provide a scheduled level of
effort over a period of time. This gives a customer a cost-effective
piece of mind.
- Short Term Technical Support. In addition to
scheduled, planned technical support, Trinity Software can provide
short term, urgent support for issues such as upgrade planning
and mission critical issues needing expert level troubleshooting.
